Overview
Construction sites are exposed to various perils exposures. Theft and physical loss of materials, plant and machinery is a common occurance faced at project locations. There are various risk aspects involved in a project and some of these issues can be identified and managed. Insurance is a risk transfer mechanisim. Risk management can be used as a mode to reduce certain exposure(s) on site.
The session will address some of the concerns of the underwriter when dealing with theft loss. Application of deductible and other restrictive clauses will be addressed.
The application of the C.A.R policy in relation to theft losses will be deliberated and expended. The Course Leader will share some of the more his own project risk insurance cases to enable better understanding of this technical subject.

REGISTRATION POLICY
- Registration can be done via online at www.mii4u.org/ilms/user/login
- As the maximum intake is limited to 25 pax per course, registration will be based on first come first basis.
- MII practices a ‘no-credit’ policy. As such, all companies and individuals are required to make payment before the commencement of the course.
- MII reserves the right to reschedule, change the trainer, modify the course content or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
