Overview
Section 17A MACC Act 2009 is a provision that stipulates a corporate liability principle where commercial organisations are liable and can be considered guilty if any of its employees and/or associates commit corruption, bribery, and other related crimes for the benefit of the organisation.
Recognizing the importance of disseminating this critical knowledge about Section 17A, The Malaysian Insurance Institute has developed an Online Learning Content (OLC) module titled e-MACC Section 17A, to help organisations create and promote awareness about the Act. The contents in this module have been approved by subject matter experts in the field.
